A3120 DIP-8 2.0A IGBT Gate Drive Optocoupler
Description
The A3120 is a high-speed IGBT/MOSFET Gate Drive Optocoupler designed for isolated power switching applications. It integrates an optically coupled LED with a high-current push-pull output stage capable of delivering 2.0 A minimum and 2.5 A typical peak output current, allowing direct gate driving of power MOSFETs and IGBTs. The device provides 3750 Vrms isolation, 25 kV/µs minimum CMTI, built-in Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO) protection, and is available in an 8-pin DIP package.
