The FR-810B hot air rework station can provide powerful hot airflow and high productivity for repairing high density mounting substrates.

The high volume airflow and high productivity of the FR-810B make it possible to make repairs faster than would be expected with conventional equipment. This reduces the thermal impact on boards and components. The FR-810B also provides a vacuum pick-up facility that will remove components only when the solder has melted.

This will prevent the use of excessive force that could damage the PCB. The new N51 series nozzles improve work efficiency by uniformly heating the hot air convection inside the nozzle. This is created due to the ventilation holes located on the top of the nozzle.
