The TIP41C is a high-performance NPN silicon power transistor designed for low-frequency switching and amplification applications. It offers excellent reliability, high current handling capability, and fast switching performance, making it suitable for power supplies, motor drivers, audio amplifiers, voltage regulators, and general-purpose electronic circuits.
Manufactured in a TO-220 package, the TIP41C provides efficient heat dissipation and can handle up to 6A continuous collector current with a maximum power dissipation of 65W when properly cooled.
