TLP352 Optocoupler – Through Hole – 8-Pin DIP
Description
The TLP352 is a high-speed photocoupler (optocoupler) with a photo-IC output designed specifically for MOSFET and IGBT gate drive applications. It consists of a GaAlAs infrared LED optically coupled to a high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC. The device provides 3750 Vrms isolation voltage, ±2.5 A peak output current, and excellent common-mode transient immunity (CMTI), making it ideal for industrial power conversion and motor control applications.
