The TLP352<\/strong> is a high-speed photocoupler (optocoupler)<\/strong> with a photo-IC output designed specifically for MOSFET<\/strong> and IGBT gate drive<\/strong> applications. It consists of a GaAlAs infrared LED<\/strong> optically coupled to a high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC. The device provides 3750 Vrms isolation voltage<\/strong>, \u00b12.5 A peak output current<\/strong>, and excellent common-mode transient immunity (CMTI)<\/strong>, making it ideal for industrial power conversion and motor control applications.<\/p>\n
