GY-31 TCS3200 Color Sensor<\/h1>\n

Static detection of the measured object color<\/div>\n

The TCS3200 color sensor uses 64 photodiodes to detect color. The output of this sensor is a square wave. Color intensity is obtained directly from the frequency of the square wave. These 64 photodiodes consist of 16 diodes with red filter, 16 diodes with green filter, 16 diodes with blue filter and 16 transparent photodiodes without filter. All 16 diodes of each type are connected in parallel. To detect any color, the photodiodes corresponding to that color are activated.<\/div>\n
